To make your life simpler, Oliver-Mercer Electric Cooperative has several billing programs available for its members to use. Our newest billing program is called Pay-By-Bank. Through our Pay-By-Bank program your bill is paid automatically each month. For more information or to enroll in our Pay-By-Bank program, go to our Payment Options section, then click on Pay-By-Bank.
Another billing option is our Budget Billing program. Through this program you can level out your high summer cooling and winter heating bills with lower spring and fall bills. It allows you to make the same payment each month. For more information or to enroll in our Budget Billing program, check out the Budget Billing section under Payment Options.
If you read your own meter, simply click on our Submit Reading link to send us your monthly meter reading electronically. Along with these billing options we do have drop boxes for after hours bill payment at our main office building in Hazen, these are also listed in our Payment Options section.
