During normal business hours you can contact Oliver-Mercer employees at our main office in Hazen. After hours the same phone numbers are used to reach us, however, and employee of Basin Electric Power Cooperative in Bismarck answers the call. Basin operates our after hours dispatch service for Oliver-Mercer Electric. When a call comes in to them they will in turn contact one of our service people.
