Security Light Rental

1. Unmetered on existing 120 volt energized pole
   1. 100 watt     H.P.S. $ 4.25 per month
   2. 175 watt     mercury vapor $ 6.00 per month
   3. 150 watt     H.P.S. $ 6.00 per month
   4. 400 watt     mercury vapor $11.00 per month
   5. 250 watt     H.P.S. $ 8.00 per month
   6. 400 watt     Flood H.P.S. $11.50 per month
2. Metered on existing 120 volt energized pole
   1. 175 watt mercury vapor $1.50 per month
   2. 100 watt H.P.S. $1.50 per month
   3. 400 watt mercury vapor $3.25 per month
   4. 250 watt H.P.S. $3.25 per month
   5. 400 watt Flood H.P.S. $4.00 per month
   6. Installation includes 150’ of overhead line.
3. If additional poles are required for a security light a monthly charge of 75¢ will be added for each pole. If an additional transformer is required for a security light, a monthly charge of $1.25 will be added or $15 if paid annually.
4. Security lights purchased by the consumer cannot be placed on Oliver-Mercer Electric poles. Only Oliver-Mercer Electric lights shall be installed on Oliver-Mercer Electric poles.
5. A $20.00 fee will be charged when a consumer requests a change in the location of a light, or conversion from one type of security light to another type.
6. A switch must be installed on any metered rental light. The cost to install the switch will be $100.00.  This includes labor, wiring certificate, mileage and material. If the member requests a 120-volt outlet to be installed with the switch, there is an additional charge of $25.00.  All material will become the member’s property. The installation will be made according to National Electrical Code standards.
