Cabin Service
For seasonal cabins located in designated sites of five or more plotted lots.
- Annual base rate due with May billing = $168.00
- Plus kWh used during the six month billing period
- The first 6,000 kWh - 6.60¢ per kWh
- Over 6,000 kWh - 5.20¢ per kWh
The meters shall be read in May and November each year by the Cooperative and a bill submitted for kWh’s if required.
No extension shall be added to Oliver-Mercer Electric's existing line to provide service for the above unless the extension complies with the county, state and federal regulations.
The Cooperative may ask for a five-year minimum on each plotted lot.
Accounts delinquent over 30 days after billing date will be charged a minimum of $5.00 per month or an interest charge based on the state monthly usury rate, whichever is larger on the unpaid balance.
Any cabin location that has a dedicated transformer size 15 KVA or greater will be classified a residence and Rate Schedule A will be applied.
